1. Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 3 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Donations
  • Gift Cards
  • Customized or personalized products

3. Return Process

  • Email us at support@chhuperustam.in with order details
  • Ship item back to our office (return shipping paid by customer unless defective item)

4. Refunds

  • Refunds processed within 7–10 business days via original payment method

5. Exchanges

We replace items only if defective or damaged.
